An event from GMAPC and 10GM in partnership with Respect for All, this lunch and learn challenges Greater Manchester’s ‘economic inactivity’ narrative. Rather than ‘fixing’ individuals, it explores how employers can meet people where they are - celebrating and nurturing the assets they already bring.
